Today, in our health conscious society we know the importance of vitamins and minerals to maintain a healthy life style. But the most of us are not aware of music that is unified in our very being. Do you know that Music has the same nutritive qualities as the vitamins and minerals you need daily for your health? Music supports your physiological dimensions.

Q: What are the difference between Vitamins and Minerals?

A: Vitamins must be obtained from your daily diet. The vitamins you need are chemical organic compounds that can not produce in your body. Plants and animals in the nature are your vitamins suppliers. The sound analogous to vitamins has an organic character. It influences your body, mind and spirit.  The sound, travels from the outer world when any vibrating object pushes air molecules between 15 and 15,000 vibrations per second.

Q: What are minerals?

A: Minerals are produced inside your body. Imagine the kernel inside a fresh cherry or a juice peach.  The common thread between the minerals and the kernel lies in the fact that minerals are inorganic chemicals elements present in your body. Its natural power creates movement, it gives life to the surrounding. An analogy to minerals, Rhythm is the kernel of music that gives movement. It is the pulse of your life, therefore it has an inorganic character.

The natural Nutrition of music has all the benefits to help you. The central nervous system transform the vitamins and the mineral of music into movement patterns and activate and strengthen your energy system, external and internal as well.

The vitamins of music, the sound we hear depends on its pitch, volume and tone colors. therefore, a melody has an organized sound unity that plays in your mind as an integral part and simultaneously relation to your entirely consciousness of the whole.

If you actively listen to a piece of music you can stimulate your body to clean out the accumulation of toxins of the food you eat or your unconscious negative mental attitudes build up daily in your body.

Listening actively to music means to open an inner communication with the silent music inside your entirely being.

Listening to music need to have a faith in yourself, listen to your breath and respond to the breath of the musical ideas and feelings of the composer.
