Thanks to Harmonious MUSIC through MEDITATION

What is so wonderful about MEDITATION is that it can fill our voids and create harmonious MUSIC within our lives.
In our technological modern society, we often unconsciously ignore ourselves through our habits in variety ways.
Through MEDITATION you can elicit a feeling of rest, balance your daily habits ignorance and listen to the harmonious MUSIC played in the most complex calculating machine of your being.
My own experiences with MEDITATION has given me a lot of miracles in my life. In year 1999 my body’s overall resistance turned to weaken. The doctor has diagnosed the imbalances of the body as cancer.
Knowing this health disturbance within the body, I take regularly extra care to harmonize my musical seven energy centers that mediate energies of the physical body and the levels of the subconscious mind.
This MEDITATION technique has harmonized my whole nervous system. It has activated my glandular system. Its impact miracles upon my mind and spirit. My daily activities was done without problems.
In this MEDITATION technique, I apply the principle of equivalence.
This principle of equivalence I use is based on the combination of relaxing music such as Canon in D (Pachelbel), Air (J.S. Bach), The creation (J. Haydn), Water Music (Haendel), Jesu, Joy of Man’s Desiring (J.S. Bach) or other great compositions as an introduction to listen to the silent music of the internal environment of the body.
After listening to the relaxing music it is easier to master your naturally in- and exhaling mechanism without music.
While practicing your naturally in- and exhaling mechanism, you could feel your breath gradually becomes softer and smoother. After this stage you are able to listen and enjoy the silent symphony music of your internal environment.
To enjoy the silent music needs awareness without judging. Just relax, enjoy, listen and feel the silent sounds of the playing instruments in your body system. The more you feel, the more harmonious music might create in your whole nervous network system.
Your nervous system has its roots in your brain and spinal cord. If you are relax, you can feel the warning signals that lies very deep in your subtle subconscious body levels causing imbalances of the body.
Awareness without judging is a very effective MEDITATION technique I apply daily. The result of this tremendous principle of equivalence has its impacts upon my health.
In year 2004 I celebrated my overall health again. Practicing the MEDITATION techniques and listening to relaxing music create harmonious music in my body, mind and spirit.
This is really a miracle in my life.
